Before joining Hudson Homes, Phil Sim has been building homes for families in Australia and New Zealand since 1969. With an eye for detail and an old-fashioned builder’s hands-on approach, his many years of quality workmanship earned him the respect from his clients, his industry and his peers.
For more than 45 years now, his benchmark in all things building has been excellence. And this philosophy is carried right through the culture at Hudson Homes and Hudson Communities: from the Construction Manager right down to the person that fixes the numbers to the letterbox.
In March 2012, Phil was appointed as a Member of the New South Wales Home Building Advisory Council by NSW Government Fair Trading Minister, Mr Anthony Roberts. A role he takes very seriously, his personal mission is to ensure that all home builders understand the responsibility to their clients and employ a philosophy centred on achieving quality, time and cost efficiencies.
“When I first started building homes for families back in 1969, my old-fashioned builder’s hands-on approach earned me the respect and trust of my peers. My secret was to only employ and work with the best people I could find and this philosophy is carried right through the culture at Hudson Homes today. Our benchmark in all things building is excellence. Place your trust in us and we’ll make the process of building your home a delightful and rewarding experience”
